Sauerkraut one of my favorite recipes from my Mom. Everyone loves it when I make it for them. Here is the recipe:

a jar of Farman’s Sauerkraut, drain the liquid from the jar then add 1/2 cup water.

Chunk of pork, couple slices of ham, salt and pepper to taste, 1 tsp caraway seed, 1/2 onion, 1 clove garlic minced and 1 tbsp. honey. Cook on low for 1 hour and enjoy.
